The Kolesa Academy is a paid internship from the Kolesa Group company with further employment. Recruitment for junior data analysts is underway now. Applications are accepted until February 20.

The company adheres to the data driven approach: decisions are made based on big data. The analytical approach is used everywhere in the Kolesa Group.

Mentors, the country's best specialists in the field of data analytics, will help interns along the way. The development will go faster in a team of experienced specialists.

- Start a career in IT (you need basic knowledge of working with data, knowledge of the basics of math. statistics and probability theory);

Internship conditions:

• 2 months of paid internship — 200,000 tenge per month on hand;

• Schedule 5/2, 9:00 — 18:00, office in Almaty;

• Interns from other cities will be paid for housing rent;• I need my laptop for the internship period;

• The best will receive an offer and become part of the Kolesa Group team.

What will help you prepare for the selection?

1. Basic metrics of product analytics: retention, DAU, ARPU, CTR, etc.

2. The basics of SQL (SELECT, aggregation functions, WHERE, JOIN) and Python (Pandas, visualizations).

3. Fundamentals of probability theory and math. statistics: histograms of distribution, mean/median, measures of data dispersion, hypothesis testing, confidence interval, etc.
