Kazakhstani Nurgul Satmagambetova, head of the Department of Strategic Promotion and PR at the Engineering and Technical Center of the Department of Presidential Affairs of Kazakhstan, has become the winner of the international WITSA Global Awards 2025 in the category Best of Country Kazakhstan.

The award ceremony took place in Taipei (Taiwan) as part of the WITSA Global AI Summit 2025, one of the world’s largest forums dedicated to artificial intelligence and digital technologies. The award was presented to the winner by Dato’ Dr. Sean Seah, Chairman of the World Information Technology and Services Alliance (WITSA).

"It was a great honor for me to represent Kazakhstan on such a prestigious global platform. This award inspires me to move forward and explore new horizons," noted the winner.

   The WITSA Global Awards is one of the most prestigious international recognitions in the ICT field, established by the World Information Technology and Services Alliance (WITSA). It is awarded to individuals, organizations, and projects that have made a significant contribution to the development of the global technology industry.    

Nurgul Satmagambetova has more than 15 years of experience in digital transformation and project management in the public sector. She has worked on projects such as EGOV, e-License), IIS of Service Centers, SAOR, and others.
