At the workshop, we will analyze what a sales funnel is and what stages it consists of: from the first contact with a potential customer to closing the deal and repeat purchase. We will consider how to identify your target audience, build a customer journey, and choose acquisition channels tailored to your product and budget.

Three-day hackathon on industrial development for schoolchildren in grades 8-12 and vocational college students

PROD Hackathons are large-scale in-person competitions in industrial development for schoolchildren, organized by the International IT School MyFreedom together with the International University of Astana, the Central University, and HSE University. The project offers a great opportunity to create a prototype of a real IT product (app or service) from scratch, improve your coding skills, and get acquainted with the format of a specialized Olympiad. Who is it for? Schoolchildren in grades 8–11 (in Kazakhstan up to grade 12) who are interested in mathematics and computer science. Basic school-level knowledge or minimal programming skills are enough to get started. Format A 3-day offline intensive. Competitions are held in teams. You can find like-minded people in advance or join forces on-site. What you need A personal laptop and a charger. What to expect at the hackathon The event lasts three days, during which participants go through the cycle of developing an IT product. The program includes:

• Solving real problems: Working on one of three cases based on actual business needs.
• Training: The program includes educational workshops where teachers and developers help master new tools and improve skills.
• Mentor support: Throughout the hackathon, each team is assigned a mentor to help with difficult questions.
