We invite you to a workshop on creating a full-fledged application through vibe coding. This is an ideal way to show participants that anyone can now turn their idea into a working product, even without deep programming knowledge.
Together with the participants, we will go all the way from the idea to the finished application: we will formulate the concept, create the product structure, use AI to write the code, test it and make the necessary changes.
As a result, each participant will be able to assemble their own working prototype and feel in practice that creating IT products has become much more accessible today.

Writing a test using AI is not a difficult task today. It is quite another matter to scale this process to a product consisting of dozens of components in different programming languages, with more than 10,000 test cases.

Let's look at the report:

• how the solution works: the Python and Anthropic Agent SDK system analyzes the source code itself, collects a database of use cases, sets priorities, checks coverage, and generates missing tests.;

• at what scale it works: 28 components in Python, Go, PHP, JavaScript and Rust, more than 11,000 test cases;

• what the operation showed: the results of several months of work in real conditions, design and implementation details, difficulties encountered along the way.

Speaker: Dmitry Vinokurov, Staff ROCKET Engineer. In development since 2009, specializing in Linux, Python, QA and AI.

Format: report and discussion, about 1.5 hours, Google Meet. The meeting is being recorded.

Hard&Soft Skills Conclave is a series of open reports on applied technical topics for developers, technical specialists and architects.

Ready to take on the challenge and create your own solution with AI? 🤖💻

During the hackathon, you’ll receive a real-world challenge, and then it’s up to you and your team — limited time, AI tools, and your skills. Within the given time, you’ll need to develop a working solution and present it to the experts.

💰 PRIZE FUND — ₸500,000

Format: Offline (live communication, networking, demonstration of systems and a Q&A session).

Date: October 9th, 2026.

Venue: Aktau, microdistrict 4A, building 39 (Caspian Riviera Grand Palace Hotel).

What happens if we ask AI to build a game in Unity without telling it where to click?

During this online lecture, Yaroslav Knyazev will demonstrate live how AI uses MCP to create objects, write code, run a scene, review the result, and correct errors. Participants will learn how MCP works, where it is useful, what its current limitations are, and what is needed to try it independently.

The lecture is designed for Unity developers, game studios, and professionals interested in AI and digital products.

Yaroslav Knyazev is a ROQED specialist and a Unity Certified Associate Programmer. ROQED develops digital education and industrial solutions using 3D, VR, and AI, including the ROQED Science and Mechanicum platforms.

Date: October 20, 2026

Time: 17:00–18:30, Astana time

Format: Online

Over the past couple of years, AI has been introduced almost everywhere. Now the hype is subsiding and even skepticism towards technology is emerging, and people are tired of the word itself.

Therefore, at the Awara IT webinar, we want to shift the focus a little and talk about what actually works in HR.

Why 80/20? Because AI is more of an addition, rather than a solution to all problems.

Date: October 21st
Time: 16:00 (Almaty)

At the webinar:

• Let's look at which IT solutions will help increase employee engagement, motivation, and opportunities for development. Let's show some examples.
• Let's talk about how attitudes towards AI have changed recently and where it complements the skills of employees.
• Let's talk about the training and skills that employees need to work now.
• Let's also share our experience: what we tried to implement in our HR projects, where we got a good result, where we made a mistake, and what conclusions we drew.

For whom:

HRD, HR department heads, HRBP, L&D, and colleagues who are responsible for HR processes, employee engagement, and development.

What you will get after the webinar:

• the most demanded HR automation solutions in Kazakhstan in 2025-2026 using the example of Awara IT projects and lessons learned
• understanding where AI is really needed and where basic automation is sufficient;
• learn how to calculate ROI from using AI in HR.

We suggest not looking for where else to introduce new technologies, but first understand the task and build the main process.

The AI here is the very 20% that can enhance the other 80%.

Participation is free, registration is only required.

On October 24, red_mad_robot is hosting a robotics event about how artificial intelligence is changing development from the inside out. The format is a hybrid.

The program is built around three themes: the engineering practice of implementing artificial intelligence (agent work cycles, data processing inside the banking circuit), product development using language models, and company transformation through employee training.Representatives of the fintech industry and Kazakhstani practitioners in the field of artificial intelligence will take the stage. A separate section will include a discussion on training teams to work with artificial intelligence, with the participation of Moldir Seidan, founder of HR Key, Danil Spirin, Head of Recruitment at KPMG Caucasus & Central Asia, and Irina Gubina, HR Director at Kolesa Group.

The format of the meeting is reports, workshops with practical results and an open discussion, with about four hours of live content followed by networking.

red_mad_robot is a technology company with experience in launching AI projects in large corporations.
