    — Classification of remaining tickets by class (sleeper, coupe, seat), position (upper, lower), and other attributes;

    — Information on the current status of the route (on time, delayed);

    — Information on baggage policy (what is allowed for transport and in what quantity);

    — Ticket purchasing;

    Expected outcome: A chatbot providing all necessary information in a single interface.

  • Route planning and tariff setting

    Optimizing routes and tariff formation systems. Applying machine learning algorithms to develop optimal routes and adaptive tariff plans that take into account real-time demand and supply data. Data analysis and providing management solutions for:

    — Launching a new route;

    — Increasing fleet size;

    — Revising tariffs;

    Expected outcome: A ready-to-use tool for additional analysis and decision-making.

  • Digital twins

    Creation of digital twins for operational optimization. Development of digital models of railway infrastructure and rolling stock, enabling the analysis and simulation of various operational scenarios in a virtual environment.

    — Real-time viewing of railways;

    — Real-time viewing of rolling stock;

    — Monitoring through a single-window principle;

    Expected outcome: Predictive analytics and rapid response to incidents.

  • Predictive analytics

    Using predictive analytics to prevent failures. Development of models that predict potential malfunctions and delays in railway operations, allowing for preemptive measures to be taken.

    — Analysis of the condition of railway tracks and display on a common dashboard;

    — Alerting staff about risks on the railway tracks;

    Expected effect: reduction in the number of route delays due to unforeseen track malfunctions.

  • LTE-R technology

    Integration and development of LTE-R technologies to improve railway communication. Development and implementation of LTE-R based solutions aimed at enhancing the stability and safety of mobile communication, which will improve coordination and real-time train management.

    — Ability to connect to the global network from the train;

    — Train communication with the control center;

    Expected effect: Stable communication throughout the train's route.

  • Media monitoring

    Development and implementation of a comprehensive monitoring system to track mentions of the company across various information sources, including social media, news portals, forums, and blogs.
