The basics of developing native applications on visionOS

Course description

A 2-month intensive course to master the skills of implementing the application for the Apple Vision Pro

Course structure:

The course consists of video lectures and practical tasks to consolidate skills, including working with SwiftUI, ARKit, and VisionPro SDK tools. It is also expected to work in a team of 3-6 people, using tools for teamwork, feedback from a mentor and presentation of results.

The purpose of the course:

Based on the results of the training, students will receive knowledge and skills sufficient to create their own application on Apple Vision Pro.

Course objectives:

Learn how to create augmented reality apps for iPhone.

Learn how to create native apps for Apple Vision Pro.

The training format:

Taking pre-recorded lessons on the LMS platform Astana Hub, with mandatory attendance of office hours at the Apple Authorized Training Center once a week.

Frequency of classes:

Classes 2 times a week for 2 academic hours.

Once a week, attend the mandatory office hours at the Apple Authorized Training Center.

Qualification upon completion of training:

Swift developer for visionOS

07

Skills / results upon completion of training:

Confidently write industrial code in the SwiftUI programming language. Knowledge of ARKit and Vision Kit libraries.
