1) scientific work in the form of monographs, chapters in monographs, articles, patents, copyright certificates (no more than 5);
2) a description of the work (no more than 0.5 printed sheets), which sets out its content, the relevance and novelty of research, the main scientific results, their significance and the possibility of further use; 
3) an extract from the minutes of the meeting of the advisory body of the organization that put forward the work; 
4) certificate from the place of the main job of the candidate for the award; 
5) a brief description of the scientific activity of the candidate for the award, indicating his creative contribution (for collective works); 
6) a certificate from the organization that nominated the work, certifying that the work submitted for the competition (a series of works) She has not previously been awarded bonuses paid from the republican budget; 
7) a copy of the implementation act (if available);
8) notification of a valid 20-digit current account in the card database. 

The rules for awarding prizes in the field of science were approved by Order No. 466 of the Acting Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 14, 2023.
The criteria for selecting works for awarding prizes in the field of science were approved by Order No. 517 of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 14, 2021 (there will be a new order here as soon as it is signed).
