ABOUT THE HACKATHON

The hackathon aims to promote innovation and information-communication technologies among youth in Kazakhstan, support startup ideas, implement IT projects, and address social issues faced by youth.

Who can participate?

1) Residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan aged between 16 and 35.

2) Teams with no less than 2 and no more than 5 participants.

3) Project idea: To participate in the hackathon, teams must select one of the given tasks and present the solution in the following format (no more than 3 slides):

- Team and project name;

- brief description of the solution;

- information about the team members.

Hackathon Execution

Selected teams will participate in the Hackathon, which will take place on November 27-28 in Astana city, at Astana IT University (Mangilik El Avenue, C1).

When will the full task be given?

Is it necessary to be a university student to participate?

Students, university students, and young professionals can participate in the hackathon.
Are there any age restrictions?

Residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan aged between 16 and 35 can participate.
Can I participate online?

Unfortunately, online participation is not possible. You need to personally participate in the hackathon.
How about meal?

Meal is provided for participants during the days of the hackathon.
