The technological process of current telegraphic communication: - an employee compiles a telegram on paper or transmits it by phone/fax (in case of urgency); - the signatory, represented by the head, signs the telegram (there is a possibility of actual absence from the workplace); - the telegram is transmitted to the telegraph operator via courier / on purpose / by phone / fax; - the telegraph operator checks the correspondence of the design and content of the telegram, including the facsimile; - the telegraph operator is typing a text into the ARM IS; - the telegraph operator establishes a connection with another telegraph station; - the receiving telegraph operator confirms receipt; - the receiving telegraph operator prints and transmits to the addressee/addressees. To date, the sending of telegrams to the Joint Venture and to JSC NC KTZ is carried out on paper, which introduces the risks of late delivery/ loss of telegrams. Thus, on average, it takes from two to three hours to process and deliver a telegram.
The IP functionality must support: - registration/authorization in the system; - the ability to create a telegram; - the possibility of approving/signing a telegram via EDS; - viewing the progress of telegram execution; - receiving notification of an incoming telegram on the icon of the mobile application and in the browser; - receiving a call to a phone number about an urgent telegram received; - view incoming and outgoing telegrams; viewing the archive; - appointment of the responsible person by telegram; - closing of the telegram indicating the measures taken; transfer of shifts from dispatcher to dispatcher;
