At the moment, the Customer's mining and transportation equipment does not have an automated data collection system (ASD SCC), and the LTE network necessary for its operation is not deployed. This creates a number of significant limitations in the management of the mining complex and negatively affects the overall efficiency of the production process. The main problems are the lack of centralized monitoring and management: the inability to monitor the condition of machinery, equipment movement and production performance in real time reduces the efficiency of decision-making. Low transparency of processes: the lack of reliable and up-to-date data makes it difficult to monitor productivity, keep records, and identify inefficient areas of work. Limited opportunities to optimize routes and equipment loading, which directly affects the productivity and cost of operations. Difficulties in detecting and preventing downtime and breakdowns due to the lack of real-time telemetry and diagnostics. The inability to implement digital solutions (including planning systems, predictive analytics, and KPI monitoring) that require a stable communication channel and centralized data processing. The lack of LTE infrastructure at the facility further exacerbates the situation, as it makes it impossible to implement high-speed and reliable communication between the equipment, the server part of the system and user workstations. Thus, the lack of a GTK ASD and an LTE network is a critical constraint on improving the efficiency, digitalization and safety of mining operations.
1. Increase production efficiency and reduce downtime of equipment and production lines. Optimization of production processes through automatic control. Improving the accuracy and stability of technological parameters. 2. Reduction of operating costs Reduction of the number of service personnel. Minimizing accidents, downtime, and fines. Reduced repair and maintenance costs thanks to predictive analytics. 3. Product quality improvement Automatic compliance with formulations, temperatures, pressures and other parameters. Reducing the influence of the human factor. 4. Increasing the level of industrial safety, Monitoring dangerous areas in real time. Automatic shutdown or switching to a safe state in case of deviation from the norm. 5. Increased manageability and transparency Centralized control over technological processes. Real-time monitoring of all stages of production and infrastructure. 6. Reliable and broadband High-speed data transmission between facilities, sensors, servers and operators. The ability to work in real time without delay. 7. Support for mobility and remote control Control of mobile equipment (drones, mobile stations, transport). Connecting remote objects and territories (for example, quarries, drilling rigs, power lines). 8. Secure and fault-tolerant data transmission Enhanced interference resistance and data protection. The ability to deploy a closed corporate LTE network (private LTE). 9. Integration of IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) Mass connection of sensors and devices for monitoring and analysis. Creating a digital twin of the production process.

Purpose and description of task (project)
The project is funded as part of the fulfillment of obligations by subsurface users to allocate 1% for R&D in accordance with the rules for the examination of PIT ACF projects. (To participate, the Performer must be a member of the IC "PIT". The application requires the Contractor to provide additional documents) The ASD GTK system should be implemented and operated on the mining equipment of the Customer. ASD SCC should be a complex of modern technologies for managing the mining and transportation complex, aimed at increasing the productivity of equipment and personnel. The main focus should be on optimizing processes and increasing the efficiency of the SCC. The system must be implemented using an infrastructure that includes: • 4G LTE network deployment at the facility. • Installation of a server infrastructure for data processing and storage. • Equipping mining equipment with the necessary sensors and communication modules • Organization of the jobs of the system users.
