Brief Description
- We are seeking a technically adept IT Product Manager to own the development and lifecycle of our core learning platform. You will translate educational needs into technical specifications, prioritize the engineering roadmap, and drive the delivery of scalable, secure, and innovative features that directly impact teachers and learners globally.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for defined platform modules (e.g., adaptive learning engine, analytics dashboard, API services).
- Work directly with engineering teams (backend, frontend, DevOps) to create detailed user stories, technical acceptance criteria, and system diagrams.
- Prioritize the product backlog based on technical feasibility, business value, and architectural strategy.
- Collaborate with UX and Instructional Design to ensure technical implementations deliver an intuitive user experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, or in a software engineering role transitioning to product.
- Strong understanding of modern tech stacks, SaaS architecture, cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), and APIs.
- Ability to discuss technical trade-offs with engineers and translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
