What to do (functional responsibilities)
Preparation of reports on training courses
Compilation and maintenance of Google forms/ questionnaires/ documents
Advising students on Sergek Academy courses
Design of Academy cases
Participation in events to promote the Academy (job fair, shooting rils, meetings and team meetings)
Preparation of presentations and presentation materials
Preparation of technical assignments for Sergek Academy websites and applications (under the guidance of more experienced colleagues)
Participation in a focus group on course curricula
Collecting feedback on training
Assistance in conducting competitions/PR events of the Academy
Registration of tickets in task tracking systems
Full participation in offline meetings, events according to the requirements of Sergek Academy
What we offer (social package, benefits, bonuses)
The first 3 months part-time - 4 hours minimum, but availability from 09 to 18-00 hours weekdays (for meetings, meetings, etc.)
Combining with a full-time job at another job is not possible
After successful completion of the probation period - transfer to the full-time staff
Salary: depends on the candidate's experience and competencies
Bonuses: floating amount of bonuses at the end of the year (with a fixed minimum in case of achievement of KPI, the increase in bonuses depends on your results)
