Brazil is interested in the possibility of cooperation with Astana Hub

On February 9 this year, the employees of the international technopark of IT start-ups Astana Hub met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federative Republic of Brazil in Kazakhstan, Mr. Rubem Antonio Correa Barbosa.

During the meeting, Managing Director for Operations Bakytzhan Eshmukhambetov presented to the guests the main activities of the technopark, and the founders of startups Clockster, OQUDA, Sergek, (Korkem Telecom) and Kid Security spoke about the achievements and potential of their projects.

The participants of the meeting also discussed the possibilities of cooperation between the countries in terms of exporting Kazakh innovative solutions to the Brazilian market and attracting Brazilian IT companies and startups to the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Note that Brazil is the leading economy in Latin America and rightfully takes its place among the BRICS countries. In terms of the number of unicorns (startup companies that have reached a capitalization of more than $1 billion), Brazil is in the top ten countries, following the US, China, India, the UK, Germany, France, Israel and Canada.
