According to the conditions, startups had to go through 6 stages of selection: submission of an application, its initial consideration, diagnostics, selection of projects for presentation, pitch presentation, decision of the commission. 

The members of the Commission, which included IT experts, venture investors and other representatives of the IT market of Kazakhstan, including the director of Smart Investments - Marat Tolibayev, CEO of Wooppay - Alexander Doroshenko, business angel – Yelzhan Kushekbayev, Managing Director of NOVARDIS in Central Asia – Kemel Aitzhanov, investor – Nurbek Raev, reviewed the projects and the materials of the applicants, listened to the presentations and put up their assessments. Below are the final results.

The winners of the contest will also receive additional support in the form of free workspace, training and mentoring, access to investors and a community of 500 IT companies, tax and visa preferences, PR support. In return, startups will deduct an additional 1% of their revenue for three years in favor of Astana Hub, as well as help in the development of other startups.
