This step is an important stage in the development of the platform and opens up more opportunities for its scaling and expansion, becoming a single window for all participants of Kazakhstan's innovation ecosystem. From now on, not only participants of IT sphere, but also innovators, scientists, researchers, subsoil users and other participants of the ecosystem can use the programs and services of the platform.

The project is supported by the decision taken at the meeting of the Council on Technology Policy chaired by Prime Minister Alikhan Smailov on December 7, 2023. The system is now in pilot mode, and some updates and modifications have already been implemented in order to expand opportunities for regular users and ensure efficient operation for the new audience.

The main goal of the portal is to develop Kazakhstan's innovation ecosystem at all its stages, from research and development (R&D) to their commercialization and export in all areas, including the introduction of digital solutions in subsoil user companies and so on.

"It is necessary for all enterprises, innovators and representatives of the scientific community to know that there is such a platform. Within its framework, customers and contractors in the field of R&D can interact, place or accept orders on one platform. Most importantly, the platform should be user-friendly,"- Prime Minister said.

In the near future, new functions will be launched on the platform, including the possibility of receiving government support for participants of the innovation ecosystem, as well as a platform for placement and search of technological solutions for subsoil users. Each user will be able to easily find the necessary resources, access to the latest research and opportunities for collaboration.

This update is part of the strategy to develop the "Single Window of the National Innovation System", which is designed to make astanahub.com more valuable and multifunctional for all stakeholders.
