Speaking about successful cases that can be used to develop IT culture in Kazakhstan, Magzhan Madiev cited programs launched in 2021 as an example: TechOrda - financing of programming schools, Techpreneurs - continuous acceleration of IT startups, Scalerator - export accelerator, Seed Money - seed financing up to 20 million tenge.
In his speech, the head of the technopark especially noted cooperation with the representative office of Plug and Play in Kazakhstan and joint work within the framework of the accelerator.
In addition, Magzhan Madiev emphasized the favorable tax regime for Astana Hub residents, thanks to which companies saved more than 15 billion tenge.

Kairat Akhmetov said that thanks to Sergek cameras in the cities of Nur-Sultan and Almaty, road deaths and crime in public places have halved. “For us, this is indicator number 1. Other important figures: today we have reached a turnover of more than 10 billion tenge, signed contracts for $ 150 million, the company employs more than 500 employees.”
- Virtual reality has become our solution for how to combine online and offline learning. After undergoing acceleration at Astana Hub, we received a great boost of motivation and tested our product in various projects, and began to attract investments. It turned out that it is quite possible to develop startups without connections and special privileges! - said Alina Abdrakhmanova.
The participants of the meeting discussed the issues of attracting investments and entering foreign markets. Magzhan Madiev noted that today all conditions are being created in the technopark to simplify these processes for IT companies.
