Kazakh Youth's Startup Projects in Silicon Valley Gain Global Attention

The initiative to build a global network among IT specialists, young entrepreneurs, and investors in Central Eurasia is starting to show promising results.

"We unite the Central Eurasian region, including startups from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, as well as Azerbaijan, Mongolia, and Georgia. Over the past year, we have implemented numerous projects. Together with Astana Hub and the World Bank project office, we sent startups to Silicon Valley. Some of them continue to work there, developing innovative projects," said Asror Arabzhanov, co-founder of Silkroad Innovation Hub.

This year, Silkroad Innovation Hub and Astana Hub teamed up to launch a special program with the prestigious American accelerator Alchemist for the first time. As part of the program, startups from Central Asia will spend six months in Silicon Valley, enhancing their knowledge, seeking investment opportunities, and finding clients. This cross-country cooperation is flourishing, and the ambitions of talented youth are increasingly being realized.
