The cooperation agreement was signed by Astana Hub CEO Magzhan Madiyev and President of Draper University Asra Nadeem on March 10, 2023, in San Mateo (California). It occurred during the official visit of Bagdat Mussin, Minister of Digital Development, Innovation, and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan, to the USA.

I am confident that our cooperation will enable program participants to take their businesses to the next level and succeed in the competitive world of entrepreneurship on a global scale," said Minister Bagdat Mussin.

The program consists of the following steps:

- The top 80 projects will gain access to a 2-week online program on product development and scaling, as well as the principles of attracting investment from international venture capital funds;
- The Top 20 startups will be selected to undergo a 5-week intensive acceleration program at Draper University in Silicon Valley, with accommodations and workspace provided for up to 6 months to attract investment and enter the US market under the guidance of experienced technology entrepreneurs and Draper ecosystem experts.
