Astana Hub will solve the problem of the quality of the personnel market

Astana Hub International Technopark launches Beta Career educational program aimed at solving the problem of human resources.
Beta Career is an intensive 14—day marathon based on Astana Hub, where experts in career consulting and professional orientation will prepare participants to be interviewed by the best companies. Anyone can participate in the program, be it a college graduate, a university graduate, an active specialist and even a manager who wants to improve his level of effective interviews.
Marathon participants will learn:
make a competent resume and cover letter that will “hook” the employer;
build the right business communications;
work on failures: develop your weaknesses and develop strong skills;
find suitable vacancies and apply correctly for selected positions;
effectively prepare for an interview: tips and techniques at all stages;
overcome internal limitations and limits, stop being afraid of competition, uncertainty, failure and difficulties during the internship;
build time management.
Beta Career Marathon participants will have a lot of practical work to do: drawing up a career plan, searching for vacancies and real homework.

The training will take place entirely in an online format on the Telegram platform in a specially created channel and chat. The course consists of video lectures with practical tasks, workbooks and homework.
