Israel’s support for cybersecurity startup was discussed in Astana Hub

Kazakhstan has been ranked 31st out of 182 countries in the 2020 Global Cybersecurity Index. Meanwhile, experts say that today digital security is a must for any business.


On October 12 during a meeting with representatives of the world's leading cybersecurity company Israel National Cyber Directorate the parties discussed the support of cybersecurity start-ups.

Aviram Atzaba, executive director on strategy and international cooperation of INCD and Julia Rachinsky Spivakov, deputy director on economic affairs of Eurasia and Asia of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel learnt about Astana Hub activities and opportunities startup residents of Technological park.

The parties discussed the support of cybersecurity start-ups. Since this topic is very relevant, the development of cybersecurity is very important for Kazakhstan.

As Aviram Atzaba stressed, "As new technologies and scientific progress develop, strengthening cybersecurity today should be a priority for every country.

Israel invests the most money in the world in cybersecurity, and Israel has one of the most progressive educational systems. Since the National Cyber Bureau has been operating, Israel's strategic infrastructures have suffered no damage, despite daily cyber attacks.
