The speakers noted that the transition to the new platform will avoid the risks associated with the human factor, help optimize processes and significantly save working time for processing requests.

“The operational goal of the transition to a new platform is to reduce the number of employees of the state apparatus, reduce paperwork and bureaucracy. Reducing corruption risks,” said Askar Zhambakin, Vice Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

According to Rostislav Konyashkin, the concept of the platform is not new and has been discussed for more than 2 years. It will unify the standards, architecture and provision of access for product development by IT companies.

In the future, it is planned to hold such public meetings on a regular basis. “Astana Hub is always ready to act as a dialogue platform for the IT industry and attract leading industry experts for an open discussion of problematic issues,” Magzhan Madiyev noted.
