December 2024 The year has become an important milestone for the AICA startup. Our team participated in the acceleration program Industrial AI 2024-2025, organized by Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry (ICRIAP) together with AKV PIT. The purpose of the program is to develop technological solutions for key industries in Kazakhstan.

We presented AICA solutions for such areas as EnergyTech, Manufacturing, MedTech, and GovTech. During the participation, we managed to make active presentations and attract the attention of five potential customers, including large companies from the energy sector and healthcare.

One of the key achievements was the launch of a pilot project with Kazakhstani utility systems. The technology is being tested on the basis of the Karaganda Zharyk company, which distributes electricity in Karaganda, Temirtau and adjacent regions. The volume of incoming calls is more than 300 thousand calls per year, and the main task of the pilot is to analyze these communications and develop recommendations for improving customer service.

What is included in the tasks of the pilot:

• Categorization of calls and statistics: identification of the topics of requests, including outages, accidents, questions about technical conditions and payment.
• Optimizing call processing about accidents: reduced reaction time, which helps to reduce economic losses.
• Service quality assessment: analyzing the work of operators and the level of customer service.
• Getting insights for improvements: data-based recommendations for improving work efficiency.

The pilot launch was prepared in a short time, which was the result of the well-coordinated work of the AICA team and the support of the accelerator organizers. Separately, we would like to thank the Launch LAB accelerator operator team represented by Nikolay Serkutan, Oksana Khromova and Denmark Kairbayeva for their constant assistance and commitment to launch the pilots. Our participation in the program allowed us not only to test the technology's capabilities in real conditions, but also to receive feedback from potential customers.

The final acceleration point this year was DemoDay, which was held at the Astana Hub site. This event brought together leading experts and Customer representatives, where AICA presented its achievements. We are confident that our experience of participating in the accelerator will be an important step in the development of a startup.

Future plans

The AICA team continues to work on improving its services and expanding their use. We strive to strengthen our market position and plan to actively grow in 2025, including new pilot projects and access to the markets of neighboring countries.
