The JasTech Programming School is a new and modern educational project that opened its doors in 2024. We are proud to present an initiative designed to train the next generation of IT professionals capable of making a significant contribution to the development of the digital economy of Kazakhstan. In an era of rapid technological progress, information technology is becoming an integral part of our lives, and we believe that it is through education that significant success can be achieved in this area.

Our mission is to make IT education accessible and of high quality for everyone. The project is aimed at teaching programming, web development, mobile development, as well as other relevant areas in the field of information technology. We strive to create a favorable educational environment where every student will be able to unlock their potential, gain the necessary knowledge and skills for a successful career in the IT industry.

The project of our school represents a significant contribution to the development of the city of Kokshetau and the Akmola region as a whole. The economic significance of the project is manifested not only through the creation of new jobs for qualified teachers and administrative staff, but also through the development of the human capital of the region. This helps to increase household incomes, reduce unemployment and strengthen economic stability. The training of new specialists in the field of information technology improves the investment climate of the region, attracting the attention of companies interested in highly qualified personnel.

We have already signed a Memorandum with an IT company ready to accept our graduates for an internship. This opens up real employment and professional growth prospects for our students. We are also currently in talks with other organizations in an effort to expand opportunities for our students. This cooperation between an educational institution and a business is a key factor in creating a sustainable ecosystem for the development of the IT sector in the region.

At the moment, we are teaching in the direction of Front-end development. In the course of our research, we have come to the conclusion that for people who do not even have the basics of programming, this is the best course to enter the industry and take their first steps. Front-end development allows you to quickly see the results of your work, which motivates and inspires students to further their studies. Our teacher is an experienced specialist and mentor who not only teaches the basics of programming, but also shares practical tips about working in the IT field, talks about the necessary soft skills and helps students understand how to successfully build their careers.

In the future, we plan to conduct master classes with experienced mentors on the correct preparation of resumes, employment characteristics and qualities that employers value. We understand that a successful career in IT depends not only on technical knowledge, but also on the ability to communicate, work in a team and constantly learn new things. Therefore, we pay attention to the comprehensive development of our students.

The start of our course was optimistic and inspiring. We receive only positive feedback about our work, which confirms the correctness of the path we have chosen. We have 8 students on a grant from Astana Hub. To begin with, this is a great result, and we hope that our school will receive more grants and support in the future. This will allow us to expand our educational program, attract more students and, as a result, make an even more significant contribution to the development of the IT sector in the region.

At the same time, we are actively looking for students on a fee basis. We offer flexible forms of education, including an online format, to cover not only Kokshetau, but also neighboring cities and regions. This gives people the opportunity, regardless of their place of residence, to get a high-quality education and discover the world of information technology. We believe that everyone who wants to change their lives and become part of a dynamically developing industry should have this opportunity.
