At the same time, users receive priority customer support with instant technical assistance, which has already led to a 1.5-fold increase in customer satisfaction.

An analysis of the use of the platform shows that food is most often delivered to Almaty — this is 10% of all orders. Clothing is in second place with 9%. Auto parts, medicines, and flowers are also popular. Food delivery also dominates in Astana (17%), followed by clothing, flowers, household goods and electronics.

The pilot testing demonstrated a positive market reaction. Business Mode users have increased the frequency of orders and are more actively using advanced functionality, including complex routes with multiple addresses.
