Hello, dear participants of Astana Hub! My name is Fedor Stashin, I am the founder and CEO of the IT academy JustCode. Today I want to share with you our experience of participating in the TechOrda program, which supports the development of IT education in Kazakhstan.

TechOrda is a program that provides grants for training in IT schools for those who want to become a professional programmer. The program was launched in 2021 and since then has helped thousands of people get high-quality IT education and find a job in the IT field.

Our JustCode Academy is one of the best IT schools in Kazakhstan, which specializes in teaching programming. We teach our students from scratch in various fields and programming languages.

Our teachers are experienced and qualified specialists who not only transfer theoretical knowledge, but also help students develop practical skills and portfolios.

JustCode has a modern and convenient infrastructure that creates comfortable conditions for learning and work. Our academy is also actively involved in the development of the IT community in Kazakhstan, organizing and supporting various IT events such as conferences, seminars, meetings and others.

We participated in the TechOrda program for the first time in 2022 and received 18 grants for training, 9 for python development and 9 for frontend development. It was a great chance for us to show our academy to a wide audience and help many people learn a new profession. Our team was very pleased to see how our students successfully completed the course and received certificates of completion. And most importantly, a large number of our students got jobs in large IT companies.

Already in 2023, we received 70 study grants and recruited students for all 70 places. Our academy is very proud of our students and their achievements, and thanks the TechOrda program for the opportunity to give them a high-quality IT education.
