A regional training "TECHNOWOMEN SEMEY" was held in the Abai region together with Abai IT Valley and Alikhan Bokeikhan University, where participants were told about the advantages of using AI and IT technology. The purpose of the event was to conduct inspiring workshops and educational trainings aimed at involving girls in the technology industries and informing women entrepreneurs about digital transformation, e-commerce and the startup movement.TechnoWomen, which unites girls and women in technology industries, generates new solutions and projects to improve the quality of life, develops technological entrepreneurship and promotes women's startups in technology fields. TechnoWomen actively promotes the education of girls in STEM disciplines, programming, robotics, as well as their involvement in technological innovations and scientific activities. During the event, discussion panels were organized where participants shared their views on the future of digital innovation and the role of women in the technology industries. The training also provided an opportunity to establish new contacts and strengthen professional ties among women entrepreneurs and IT professionals.The training included several sessions: "Modern trends and opportunities of AI", "From the decree to the field of IT and robotics", "RoboTechnoGirls" — a social project to teach girls robotics, "Startup projects using drones and how to find investments", "Work of the future in the era of Artificial Intelligence", "How to create a startup: from idea to implementation", and "The role of the international technopark of IT startup projects Astana Hub in the development of the regional ecosystem."The participants of the training actively exchanged knowledge and experience in the field of digital technologies, discussed current trends in digitalization processes and considered real examples of successful projects
