Intelligent routing system for special equipment (IS UTO): optimization of routing of special equipment to oil fields

To develop a prototype of a backend service that solves the problem of optimal routing of special equipment. The service must: 1. Recommend the optimal technique for the application with the justification of the choice: distance along the graph of roads, estimated time of arrival (ETA), priority of the application, availability of equipment. 2. Build routes according to the graph of roads of the deposit (the graph has already been restored from GPS tracks and is provided ready-made). 3. Take into account the priorities of applications: for a high priority, it is allowed to choose a more distant but free technique; for a low priority, it is allowed to wait for the nearest one. 4. Evaluate multitasking: analyze the feasibility of combining several applications with one machine in one trip. 5. Provide the result via the REST API and support the visualization of routes (minimally — coordinates / geometry, on the demo — on the map).
