· Work experience in senior positions or experience coordinating the work of technical specialists.
· Experience in organizing technical support for users and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
· Understanding the principles of building and functioning of server, network, and user infrastructure.
· Experience in organizing technical support for events and operation of multimedia equipment.
· Skills in personnel management, task setting, and performance control.
· Skills in budget planning, cost control, and resource management.
Flutter developer
· Flutter development experience of at least 1 year;
· Knowledge of Dart and the principles of building mobile interfaces;

- Project and operational management, budget planning and KPI skills for at least 4 years;

- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Business Analyst in digital products;

- Understanding the principles of unit economics and the influence of gamification mechanics on user behavior4

- Higher legal, technical or specialized education;

- Experience in conducting audits, inspections and risk assessment;
