- Experience in creating, developing, or scaling a customer support service;

- Experience in process automation and implementation of digital tools in customer service;

Director of the Development Office Alem.ai
- Higher education in management, public administration, international relations or related fields;
- At least 3 years of experience in leadership positions;
- English language proficiency at least C1 level;
- Proven experience in organizing major government, international or corporate events;
- Successful experience in managing projects, teams, and budgets;
- Understanding current trends and the global ecosystem of artificial intelligence;
- Developed skills in strategic planning, communication and partnership management.
Event Manager
- Experience in organizing and conducting events for less than 5 years;
- Knowledge of Russian, Kazakh, and English will be an advantage.;
- Experience working with contracts, commercial proposals, estimates and budgets;
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail and the ability to quickly resolve organizational issues;
- Experience interacting with clients, partners, contractors, suppliers, speakers, and other stakeholders;
- The advantage will be the experience of working in international companies, quasi-public sector, national companies, educational projects or the banking sector.
Head of Technical Service
· Higher and/or postgraduate technical education in the relevant field of study.
· An additional advantage will be the availability of education or advanced training in the field of information technology, IT infrastructure management, information security, project or process management.
· Work experience in the field of activity is at least 5 years.
· Work experience in senior positions or experience coordinating the work of technical specialists.
· Experience in organizing technical support for users and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
· Understanding the principles of building and functioning of server, network, and user infrastructure.
· Experience in organizing technical support for events and operation of multimedia equipment.
· Skills in personnel management, task setting, and performance control.
· Skills in budget planning, cost control, and resource management.
Scrum Master
- At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum master or project manager
- Understanding and practical application of Agile/Scrum;
- Managing processes and helping the team achieve sprint goals;
- The ability to remove obstacles and resolve conflicts;
- Coaching, motivation, and team self-organization development;
- Leadership skills and teamwork skills;
- Experience working with Notion, Jira, Miro and CSM/PSM I certificates (will be an advantage);
- Striving for the development and exchange of knowledge.
Chief Manager at the Office of International Relations and Investments
- Skills in preparing technical specifications, reports and analytical materials;
- Experience in preparing presentations and public speaking;
- Fluency in Russian and English at the C1 level (business correspondence, negotiations, presentations);
- Work experience of at least 5 years, including experience in project management and participation in their implementation.
Head Manager at the Office of Business Programs
- Project and operational management, budget planning and KPI skills for at least 4 years;
- Experience working with startups, contractors, mentors, and experts, as well as organizing events, will be an advantage.;
- Communication skills, analytical thinking and result orientation;
- Knowledge of English and international acceleration practices will be an advantage.
Fire Safety Specialist
- Higher legal, technical or specialized education;
- 4 years of work experience in the field of occupational health and safety, fire or industrial safety;
- Information collection, systematization and analysis skills;
- Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of occupational safety, technology and fire safety;
- Experience in conducting audits, inspections and risk assessment;
- Ability to work with documentation and regulations;
- Good oral and written communication.

Sales Manager at the forum (Digital Bridge branch)
- Sales experience (B2B will be an advantage);

- Experience working with exhibitions or events would be a plus.;
- Confident command of CRM, Excel and office tools;
- Willingness to work in a dynamic mode, including on event days.
An expert in Office Industry 4.0
- Experience: at least 5 years in project management or innovation.
- Education: higher or postgraduate (specialized additional education will be a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (subsurface use, R&D financing rules).
- Skills in conducting technical audits and working with design and estimate documentation.
- Knowledge of English.
- Knowledge of project portfolio management and digital transformation methodologies.
