• Experience with REST API, Use Cases, User Stories, UML/BPMN;

• The ability to find a common language with business, product and development.

• Strong knowledge of Linux and Git;

• Practical understanding of Docker and CI/CD;

• Experience or understanding of GitLab CI and Nginx;

• Experience working with PostgreSQL at the backup/restore level;

Experience in preparing design and analytical documentation: SRS, PRD, functional requirements, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, specifications and scenarios of the system.

Understanding the differences between functional and non-functional requirements, and the ability to formulate them unambiguously and verifiably.

Requirements decomposition and task setting skills for frontend and backend teams in Jira.

Experience interacting with Product Managers, UX/UI designers, developers, QA engineers, customers, and other stakeholders.

The ability to work through user scenarios, logic of interaction with the system, user paths and interface solutions.

Skills in preparing mockups, prototypes, or productions for UX/UI design; experience working with Figma will be an advantage.

Understanding the software development lifecycle and Agile approaches: Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid processes.

The ability to hold working meetings, identify contradictions in requirements, record agreements and bring solutions to agreement.

Systematic thinking, attention to detail, independence and developed communication skills.

Experience working with government, corporate, or high-load information systems will be an advantage.

- Higher education in the field of information security, information technology or related fields.

- Practical experience in the field of information security for at least 5-7 years, including experience in investigating information security incidents in private, public and quasi-public organizations.

- At least 5 years of teaching experience.

- Experience in developing and conducting educational programs for both technical departments (IT, information security, internal audit) and non-technical audiences in the Security Awareness format.

- Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of personal data protection.

- The ability to adapt international standards and best cybersecurity practices to the specifics of the Kazakh market.

- Skills in conducting interactive classes with analysis of real cases, role-playing games and group exercises.

- The advantage will be: experience in public speaking, guest lectures at universities, co-authorship of scientific and practical publications (including on the security of the Internet of Things).

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma; knowledge of CorelDRAW will be an advantage;

• Strong understanding of composition, typography, color, and visual hierarchy;

• A portfolio with strong cases in graphic and communication design;
