What we expect from you:

• Experience in creating, developing, or scaling a customer support service;
• Experience in managing a team of at least 15 people, including setting KPIs, implementing SLAs, and evaluating employee performance;
• Key indicator analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making skills;
• Experience in process automation and implementation of digital tools in customer service;
• Understanding the principles of a high level of customer service and focusing on improving the quality of service;
• Developed managerial, organizational and communication skills.

• Higher education in management, public administration, international relations or related fields;
• At least 3 years of experience in leadership positions;
• English language proficiency at least C1 level;
• Proven experience in organizing major government, international or corporate events;
• Successful experience in managing projects, teams, and budgets;
• Understanding current trends and the global ecosystem of artificial intelligence;
• Developed skills in strategic planning, communication and partnership management.

• Experience in organizing and conducting events for less than 5 years;
• Knowledge of Russian, Kazakh, and English will be an advantage.; 
• Experience working with contracts, commercial proposals, estimates and budgets;
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail and the ability to quickly resolve organizational issues;
• Experience interacting with clients, partners, contractors, suppliers, speakers, and other stakeholders;
• The advantage will be the experience of working in international companies, quasi-public sector, national companies, educational projects or the banking sector.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Business Analyst in digital products;

• Experience in managing and developing digital products, forming requirements and setting tasks for the development team;
• Skills of data analysis, business processes and preparation of recommendations based on the results obtained;
• Understanding the principles of unit economics and the influence of gamification mechanics on user behavior4
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Miro, Figma and other product management tools.
• Systematic thinking, analytical mindset, high level of organization and attention to detail.
• The ability to effectively interact with stakeholders and coordinate the work of various teams.

• Higher legal, technical or specialized education;
• 4 years of work experience in the field of occupational health and safety, fire or industrial safety;
• Information collection, systematization and analysis skills;
• Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of occupational safety, technology and fire safety;
• Experience in conducting audits, inspections and risk assessment;
• Ability to work with documentation and regulations;
• Good oral and written communication.

• In-depth knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (subsurface use, R&D financing rules).

• Skills in conducting technical audits and working with design and estimate documentation.
• Knowledge of English.
• Knowledge of project portfolio management and digital transformation methodologies.

• At least 3 years of experience in developing business programs for forums, conferences or major events;
• Experience in IT, digital, or technology (AI, startups, innovation, etc.);
• Practical experience in creating a program from scratch;
• Skills of working with high-level speakers and attracting headliners;
• Understanding the global technological agenda and current trends;
• The ability to structure content and build strong program logic;
• English — at least Upper-Intermediate;
• Experience in preparing content materials and working with cross-functional teams.
