Customer Launch and Development Manager (Customer Success / Growth Manager)
We are Panama, an IT developer with 15 years of experience in Kazakhstan and more than 500 successfully implemented projects. Our EasyFood product is an IT platform for HoReCa: white-label websites, mobile applications, online payment, delivery, analytics and AI modules for restaurants and cafes.
The company is actively growing. We are looking for a person who will not just accompany clients, but help them make real money using the platform's capabilities.
What is the essence of the role
You are the customer's entry point into the product and the main person who helps them get the most out of the system. You launch turnkey solutions, train the client, analyze their performance, and propose specific steps to grow revenue through the platform's functionality.
This is not tech support. This is a work at the intersection of project management, accounting and consulting.
What will you do?:
1. Launching clients:
- Collect information and prepare an individual solution on the platform
- Set up and launch the website, application, online payment, delivery
- Make presentations and train clients to work with the system
- Primarily fill in websites and applications: texts, menus, photos, contacts
- Connect third-party services: accounting systems, acquiring, delivery
- Monitor deadlines and coordinate development, design and support teams
2. Development and monetization:
- Analyze the client's performance and propose improvements that affect his revenue
- To help clients use functionality that they are not using yet
- Keep records of tasks, requests, and customer statuses in CRM
3. Working with partners:
- Advise partners and agents on the functionality of the platform
- Prepare presentations and materials for the partner network
- Provide second-line support for partner clients
Who are we looking for:
- Customer experience of at least 1 year: account Manager, Customer Success, Project manager or technical support
- Competent oral and written speech, strong communication skills
- Understanding the digital environment: websites, CMS, mobile applications
- Systematic thinking, attention to detail, ability to structure information
- Skills of working with Trello, CRM, Figma will be a plus
- Willingness to quickly learn new tools and work at the pace of a growing product

Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing
We are looking for a Marketing manager (with the prospect of rising to Head of Marketing) who will build a system for attracting traffic and help us multiply our active user base in the global market.
What to do:
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy for two areas: attracting gamers to the B2C segment and lead generation for the B2B API Hub.
- Manage paid traffic channels (performance marketing, CPA networks) - Work on organic and paid traffic.
- Launch creative campaigns linked to game events, releases, and information guides.

What to do:
