What to do (functional responsibilities)

• Accounting of incoming services / materials (from receipt of documents, conducting in the 1C system, to write-off)
• Advance reports, including business trips rubles / currency:
• collection of missing documents
• working in 1C
• Reflection of the implementation, formation of closing documents, reflection in 1C and in the internal systems of the company
• Reconciliation with counterparties
• Control of accounts receivable/payable with counterparties
• Maintaining the "Bank" section, including foreign economic activity, in terms of sending and receiving documents / payments, posting statements
• Calculation and calculation of employee salaries and related taxes
• Maintaining an archive of accounting documents
