В компанию Orient Solutions требуется менеджер-координатор в клиентский отдел.

Основная задача координатора – организация полного взаимодействия клиента и компании, максимальное удовлетворение нужд клиента в рамках договоров сопровождения.

Обязанности:

  • принимает входящие звонки;
  • определяет тип обращения, регистрирует задачи на выполнение специалистам компании (консультантам, программистам и др.), планирует графики, контролирует выполнение обращений;
  • принимает заявки от клиентов, кроме новых (впервые обратившихся и не имеющих договора сопровождения в нашей компании);
  • новых клиентов переключает на менеджера отдела продаж, предварительно записывая информацию о клиенте;
  • ведение документооборота (договора сопровождения, акты выполненных работ, и др.)

Требования:

  • высшее или средне-специальное образование по специальностям: финансы, менеджмент, ИТ, учет и аудит, экономика;
  • умение общаться с людьми и выстраивать процессы;
  • нужно уметь держать на контроле много дел, планировать и распределять задачи;
  • высокий уровень ответственности;
  • опыт взаимодействия с CRM-системой и 1С будет вашим преимуществом.
