Junior System Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Participate in gathering and clarifying requirements together with the team (developers, QA engineers, business analysts).

• Analyze tasks and project documentation, identify inconsistencies, and уточнять details.

• Prepare and document requirements (user stories / use cases) and participate in functional alignment/approval.

• Work with web-based systems: understand client–server interaction and support analysis of integrations and APIs.

• Interact with databases: validate data, analyze root causes of issues, and create basic SQL queries for verification.

• Contribute to building and maintaining ER models and understanding relationships between entities (basic level).

• Use internal company tools for task management, documentation, and communication.

• Communicate in English within the team: read documentation and participate in written communication and discussions.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of modern web technologies and understanding of web application fundamentals (HTTP/HTTPS, REST API, JSON, client–server).

• Understanding of database principles and ability to write basic SQL queries (SELECT, WHERE, JOIN).

• Understanding of ER modeling principles and entity relationships (1:1, 1:N, M:N).

• Willingness to work with company-standard tools and software (task tracking systems, wiki/documentation, communication tools).

• English proficiency sufficient to understand task descriptions and project documentation, handle technical correspondence, and a strong desire to continuously improve English skills.

Responsibilities 

• Overseeing the project's development, assessing its success and progress in completing tasks.
  - Communicating with users and assisting with technical issues.
  - Listening to user feedback to identify ways to improve the robot's performance and implement new features.
  - Improving the robots' communication skills so they can successfully interact with users, accurately understand their requests, and provide appropriate responses.

Requirements

•  Database skills;
  - Algorithmic thinking;
  - Adaptability to different tasks/multitasking;
  - Confident PC and Google Sheets user;
  - English level B1 or higher.
