About us
We are an online school that helps adults to speak Kazakh in real-life situations: at home, at work, in government agencies, with relatives and friends.
Our students come with a request: "I want to speak Kazakh fluently, not just know the rules" — and our task is to give them this result.
Now we are growing and looking for the PM course "Spoken Kazakh", which will build the product as a system: from the first appeal to the real conversational level.
Who are we looking for
The person who:

likes order in processes and numbers;

understands how online courses work;

he knows how to "hold" the product: the program, the team and the result of the students;

I am ready to take the course as a turnkey project and be responsible for it.
Your tasks
1. Product Management (the course itself)
-
Understand the course structure: levels, modules, lesson formats.
-
Together with the methodologist, improve the program: add real-life situations, conversational practices, and remove unnecessary theory.

Collect feedback from students and supervisors and turn it into concrete changes.
2. The client's path from the application to the result
-
Describe and build the student's path: application → trial lesson → payment → onboarding → training → result → review/extension.

Make onboarding understandable: welcome messages, instructions, rules of participation.

Make sure that students do not get "lost" in the first weeks of their studies.
3. Organization of the learning process

Plan the start of new groups, levels, and schedules.

Coordinate the work of teachers and supervisors.

Monitor the stability of the schedule and the quality of classes.

Update regulations, checklists, and message templates for the team.

5. Product for marketing and sales

To formulate clearly: to whom the course is, with what pains and what result.

To help marketing with the product part: cases, student stories, real results.

Make sure that the promises in the advertisement match the reality of the course.
6. Course analytics and metrics

Track key indicators:

filling out groups,

class attendance,

doing homework,
-
language proficiency progress,
-
extensions, reviews, recommendations.

Prepare short reports regularly: what works well, where the drawdowns are, what has already been improved, and what we plan to change.
You will be suitable for us if

Do you have experience working as a PM/ product manager/ head of online education, or have you conducted educational projects (courses, marathons, schools).

You understand how the online course works: from the application to the extension.

You love numbers: you are not afraid of tables, summaries, dashboards.

You know how to organize people and processes, keep agreements.

You can communicate clearly and calmly with teachers, supervisors, marketing and managers.

You like the idea of helping adults to speak Kazakh, rather than just going through a textbook.
