We are looking for senior-level or strong and promising middle-level specialists who are interested in solving complex applied tasks and seeing the result of their work in real business.
The team deals with the tasks of planning and optimizing the supply of goods in the context of forecasting demand in large retail. The work is related to the construction of algorithmic solutions that take into account many limitations, are used in production and directly affect the availability of goods on store shelves.
Basic requirements (education, skills)
- experience working with Python, including the standard data stack (pandas, numpy, etc.), as well as with PySpark
- Good mathematical training;
- Experience or a confident understanding of algorithmic and optimization problems;
- Willingness to immerse yourself in the business context and be responsible for the result;
- Proactive attitude and independence in work;
- The ability to discuss solutions with the team and business customers.
What you have to do
- Immersion in business processes and formalization of business tasks;
- Design and implementation of planning and optimization algorithms (stocks, supplies, replenishment, etc.);
- Formulation of objective functions and constraint systems, selection and implementation of suitable algorithms;
- Development and support of Python code used in production;
- Teamwork with analysts, developers, and product owners.

- Experience working with linear, integer, or mixed programming;

DevOps Engineer

We are looking for A Middle DevOps Engineer who is ready to develop as a team, grow with our solutions, and help build and maintain infrastructure for projects with the largest clients.
Basic requirements (education, skills)
- Strong knowledge of Linux (administration, network, systemd, bash) — we have not only clouds, but also on-premise;
- Experience working with any CI/CD tool (preferably GitLab CI);
- Experience working with Kubernetes and Docker;
- Experience in configuring monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus or VictoriaMetrics stack);
- Understanding the principles of GitOps;
- Experience working with Terraform;
- Bash or Python programming skills.
What you have to do
- Write a script for Clickhouse incremental backup;
- Describe the initial configuration of the hosts in Ansible;
- Configure the CI/CD process to build and publish images;
- Expand the environment using Terraform;
- Install and configure infrastructure components (ClickHouse, Kafka, etc.);
- Deploy Kubernetes (on-premise) and configure MetalLB + ingress-nginx;
- Deploy OpenVPN and configure firewall;
- Write a script and kubernetes cronjob to rotate the Airflow logs.

IT Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to promote our analytical solutions. In terms of the required skills, a good candidate would be a person with in-depth knowledge of CPG, FMCG, Retail, understanding its problems and “pains”, as well as with experience in sales and creating/developing complex b2b or b2b2c products based on data analysis.
Basic requirements (education, skills)
- Relevant experience working with b2b or b2b2c IT products/projects using big data in the field of CPG, FMCG, Retail, FSI for at least 2 years;
- The ability and experience of building a strategy for working with Enterprise-level clients;
- Excellent communication skills, experience in complex negotiations;

Technical Support Specialist (L1/L2)
What to do:
- Receiving and processing requests: To advise users (via the Service Desk, messengers or phone) on corporate IP issues.
- Diagnostics and solutions: Identify the causes of failures, fix errors at the user/database level, or transfer complex cases to L3 (developers).
- Writing instructions: To replenish the knowledge base so that users can find the answers themselves.
