Astana Hub launches a new unified phone number for the Support Service

Technopark will now advise on all matters by the unified number 2222

   Last year, the number of requests for information about Astana Hub increased by 73% compared to 2021, so for the convenience of users, it was decided to change the current number to a new one. 

     "The Customer Support Service is an integral part of the Astana Hub. We provide advice on all areas of the technology park as we are the 'entry point' for our residents. We are most often asked about setting up an IT company in Kazakhstan, registering as a member of the Astana Hub, explaining the tax benefits offered by Technopark, inquiring about the terms and conditions of the Tech Orda funding program, and other training and acceleration programs, supporting for the online platform”, - says Maxim Lysenko, Head of Support Service at Astana Hub.

   Today, Astana Hub Customer Support Service employs 4 consultants. On the first support line, consultants receive the inquiry and, if they are competent, deal with it immediately, but if the inquiry requires more detailed advice, they pass it on to the relevant office in the technology park for further processing.
