HireBee startup was accepted into the prestigious Silicon Valley Berkeley SkyDeck program

This is the first and so far the only startup operating in Kazakhstan that has been accepted into SkyDeck.

The UC Berkeley SkyDeck startup program in Silicon Valley has accepted Here Be.ai - HR Tech startup based on artificial intelligence. The startup also announced its entry into the global market.

HireBee was founded in 2017 in Armenia, in 2019 the startup has already opened a Kazakhstan branch, and in early 2020 HireBee became a resident of Astana Hub. “SkyDeck is a unique global center for entrepreneurship and startup development at the University of California, Berkeley. Within the framework of the program, startups receive practical mentoring, transformation experience, access to the extensive resources of the University of California and the Silicon Valley business community, including investments, access to research laboratories and the opportunity to work on a startup at the university,” said Vahe Avetisyan, co-founder of HireBee.

This summer, a platform for job search and employees www.hirebee .kz, which has already worked with such employers as Sberbank, Beeline and Philip Morris, announced the launch of another product in Kazakhstan - HireBee.ai .

Here Be.ai - this is SaaS software for HR and recruiters, which saves up to 40% of the time when hiring employees, fully automating all manual processes and screening candidates using artificial intelligence algorithms.

“HireBee.ai it is already being successfully implemented in Kazakhstani companies. It's nice to see that many businesses understand the advantages of such software,” said Indira Magyarova, Country Manager of HireBee Kazakhstan. “Our product is unique and has many advantages, and the opportunity to become part of a global innovation center in Silicon Valley will take our product to a whole new level.”

“Artificial intelligence is widely used in the HR field to solve a number of tasks,” said Louise Avetisyan, Candidate of Technical Sciences and co-founder of HireBee. “Our team has been engaged in its own developments in the field of big data and machine learning for more than 2 years. Participation in the SkyDeck innovation program will allow us to realize our potential and radically change the course of development of our startup.

Due to the pandemic, the main part of the program is now taking place in an online format, but this does not prevent HireBee. On the contrary, participation in the program involves not only the founders, but also the team.
