Business Processes Transformation Lead

Responsibilities

· Analyze and redesign global business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities

· Lead and support high-impact transformation initiatives that deliver 3–5% cost-of-ownership (COP) savings per year

· Partner with cross-functional teams (quality, finance, supply chain, engineering, etc.) to implement lean, scalable processes

· Use process mapping, mining, and modeling tools (e.g., Bizagi, Visio, Lucidchart) to define and visualize workflows

· Gather and analyze performance and user data to track results and drive evidence-based improvements

· Document process changes, provide training and coaching on tools and methods, and ensure sustainable adoption

· Champion continuous improvement through stakeholder engagement, governance collaboration, and knowledge sharing

· Operate with autonomy and lead change management strategies that align with business goals

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field

· 5+ years of experience in business process transformation or optimization (pharma or life sciences preferred)

· Proficiency with process mapping/modeling tools and basic process mining

· Strong analytical, facilitation, and change management skills (e.g., ProSci or e3+ certification)

· Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing at all organizational levels

· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities in multicultural environments

· Demonstrated success driving measurable improvements in complex, regulated environments

· Fluent in English; additional languages a plus

· Exposure to RPA, Design Thinking, Agile, or PMP/CAPM certification is a bonus
