Develop a system that uses the trade database to decide whose trades should be copied to the company’s real trading account, and automatically moves traders between the “copy” and “no copy” groups on the Match-Trader platform. The system must respect the capital limits of the real account and show on a dashboard how the account performs and how much of the payouts to copied traders it covers.

Создать сервис, который ежедневно загружает открытые данные портала государственных закупок Республики Казахстан (договоры, лоты, годовые планы закупок, реестр участников), выделяет закупки ИТ-товаров и ИТ-услуг и показывает рынок на веб-панели: объёмы и динамику, крупнейших заказчиков и поставщиков, регионы, категории и планы закупок. Сервис работает только с открытыми данными и не подаёт заявки. Источник данных: goszakup.gov.kz (официальный API ows.goszakup.gov.kz). Интеграции: API портала, PostgreSQL, веб-панель, email-уведомление о сбоях (SMTP). Интеграция с внутренними системами заказчика не требуется. Результат: прототип, двухнедельный пилот, исходный код и документация. Ожидаемый эффект: Единая наглядная картина рынка ИТ-закупок: объёмы и динамика, крупнейшие заказчики и поставщики, регионы и категории, плановые закупки. Меньше ручной работы с выгрузками. Критерии приёмки: Не менее 24 месяцев истории, успешных ежедневных загрузок не менее 95% за 14 дней пилота; отклонение сумм и числа договоров от портала не более 1% по 20 контрольным заказчикам; ИТ-закупки определены верно не менее чем в 90% на выборке из 100 договоров; панель из шести разделов с фильтрами и выгрузкой в CSV; ответ на типовой запрос не более 5 секунд; развёртывание по инструкции не более 1 часа.
