What We Expect from the Candidate

• A final-year student or graduate in the fields of Project Management, Business Administration, Economics, IT, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Basic understanding of project lifecycle and management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Knowledge of team collaboration tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).
• Understanding of documentation management (technical specifications, briefs, reports, risk management).

• Analytical Thinking – ability to quickly process information, identify issues, and find solutions.
• Communication Skills – ability to clearly express thoughts, conduct business correspondence, and negotiations.

Additional Skills

• Experience with Google Docs, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with task management systems (Jira, Notion, ClickUp).
• Basic knowledge of IT development or an understanding of technological processes in digital products.
• Experience with CRM systems or a general understanding of their functionality.
