AI for managers: personal AI assistant and the first steps of implementation in the organization [day 3]
You will set up a personal AI assistant, complete a specific work task with it, and select a process in which you can use AI independently or together with a team. It is suitable for anyone who wants to use AI in their work, regardless of their position, profession, or field of activity. The level of proficiency in digital tools does not matter. No programming skills are required.

The third day is devoted to the transition from a single successful assignment to a repeatable work order. Participants start by restoring yesterday's task from saved files — this is a check that the work can actually be continued, and not just completed once. Further, based on the experience already gained, the conscious choice of the model and the depth of analysis for a specific task is discussed, as well as the purpose of the working rules: why the constant requirements of the unit, a separate task, verification of the result and accumulated knowledge should be stored separately and in different places.
Most of the time is devoted to workshops. The participant goes through a full cycle according to the rules — sources, plan, human decision, execution, verification, recording — then fixes the tested order in the form of his own invoked procedure and repeats it on the modified source data, making sure it is reproducible. An independent review is introduced as a separate step: the work is checked by a second participant or another AI assistant, comments are returned to the performer, and the decision on corrections is made by the task owner. The final workshop transfers the worked—out procedure to the participant's real process — personal, team, or unit - and ends with a comparison of the final survey with the actual work performed.
The result of the day: a reproducible procedure for working with AI, fixed in the form of its own procedure and tested twice, the experience of independent verification of the result, as well as a prepared application scenario for the selected workflow of the organization.
