From September 10 to 12, 2024, Akylbek Kamaldinov, the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Croatia, conducted a working visit to Split, the administrative center of the southern region of Croatia. The visit aimed to establish business and cultural ties, during which the Ambassador invited company executives to collaborate with Astana Hub, the largest international technology park of IT startups in Central Asia.
The Blockchain & AI Technology Center (BAITC) and Astana Hub, with the support of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations, and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, are launching a free educational course on artificial intelligence (AI), running from September 30 to October 27. This course is designed for everyone, regardless of their level of training, and aims to help participants master the basics of AI and apply this knowledge to solve real-world problems, improve work processes, and increase efficiency in various areas such as finance, healthcare, marketing, and transportation.

A new season of the international project Beginit Central Asia by inDrive is launching in Kazakhstan, covering 10 regions across the country. Supported by Astana Hub international technology park and the iQanat Foundation, this large-scale educational initiative offers talented high school students the chance to receive free higher education and develop leadership skills. The project begins in September 2024 and will conclude with a final event in Astana in June 2025.
At the Kazakhstan Tech Solution Day, held as part of the UNESCAP conference, Nicolas Sadirac, co-founder of 01 Edu and 01 Talent, emphasized the urgent need to rethink teaching methods in the age of artificial intelligence. During the event, he introduced his book, called Preparing to Surf Artificial Intelligence, co-authored with Delphine Keppens and ChatGPT, which examines the evolving balance between humans and AI in education.
