Dmitry Kovrizhko has been in IT for 20 years. He started his career as an employee, then founded an outsourcing company developing B2B software for e-commerce and logistics. Two years ago, a solution created for another client led to the emergence of ZoomSelling, an analytics platform for marketplace sellers. IT Queen 2025: Best Women-Led Projects of the Year Selected in Astana

The final of IT Queen 2025 took place in the capital, an initiative of Astana Hub aimed at identifying and supporting women founders developing IT startups. This year, 90 applications were submitted, with ten teams advancing to the final and presenting their projects to industry leaders. The total prize fund amounted to 600,000 tenge.

A Woman Founded a Startup That Helps Prevent Electricity Theft. Her Project Is Already Valued at $5 Million

Najima Noeftova is originally from Dushanbe. She did not initially plan to build a career in technology and graduated as a sociologist. However, after finishing university, she started working as an IT recruiter and soon realized she wanted to be inside the tech industry. She joined the Tajik startup zypl.ai, where she progressed from CEO assistant to Director of the Executive Office. Since late 2024, Najima has been developing her own project, epsilon3.ai, which focuses on building predictive models and primarily works with the GovTech sector.
