A Woman Founded a Startup That Helps Prevent Electricity Theft. Her Project Is Already Valued at $5 Million
Najima Noeftova is originally from Dushanbe. She did not initially plan to build a career in technology and graduated as a sociologist. However, after finishing university, she started working as an IT recruiter and soon realized she wanted to be inside the tech industry. She joined the Tajik startup zypl.ai, where she progressed from CEO assistant to Director of the Executive Office. Since late 2024, Najima has been developing her own project, epsilon3.ai, which focuses on building predictive models and primarily works with the GovTech sector.
