Former President of Ethiopia visited Astana Hub

A delegation from the Democratic Republic of Ethiopia arrived in Kazakhstan on a working visit to attend the Astana International Forum and the Foreign Investors Council. The purpose of their visit was to explore the local ecosystem and discuss potential collaborations. As a result, diplomatic representatives from Ethiopia and prominent entrepreneurs interested in venture investments in technology startups visited Astana Hub.

A memorandum of mutual cooperation was signed on June 9th between the CEO of the international technopark Astana Hub, Magzhan Madiyev, and the director of the National Park of Information Technology in Mongolia, Jargalsaihan Zolzaya, as part of the ICT Expo Mindgolia 2023, a major event in the field of information technology and communication, held in Ulaanbaatar.

14 Kazakhstani Universities Introduce Technological Entrepreneurship Course in Kazakh Language for the First Time

Starting from this academic year, the technological entrepreneurship course will be integrated into the curriculum of 14 Kazakhstani universities as a mandatory or elective subject for undergraduate programs. As part of the Startup Academy program, Astana Hub, an international technopark, organized a training session free of charge, where 37 instructors received training, exchanged experiences with experts, and agreed on the course content.
